The ultimate experience in how motivation and team building can help bring your workout to the next level. With a combination of body weight exercises and resistance equipment this class will integrate cardiovascular and strength training with concepts of High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T), endurance, muscle confusion, agility, and plyometrics. Participants will build a leaner body and a stronger mind!
