This class is a combination of different styles of fitness based martial arts techniques and mind body coordination drills. Attending class will be a marathon not a sprint which means everyone will go at their own pace. Each exercise has multiple levels of difficulty to ensure everyone is reaching their potential. We will turn the studio into a river of everlasting self-improvement and self-appreciation.
